Generally, we use the supplies and equipment already in your home. However, we always carry eco-friendly cleaners, clean microfiber cloths, and brand-new sponges/brushes for each visit.

Q. Why don't you bring all the equipment?

We prioritize your peace of mind. Every household has different preferences—some wish to avoid bleach, while others prefer not to share vacuum cleaners. We tailor our methods to what makes you feel most comfortable.

Q. What do I need to prepare?

Please have a vacuum, bathroom cleaner, and a toilet brush ready. If needed, please also provide bathroom bleach.

Q. How much does it cost?

Rates vary depending on the size and condition of your home. Please note that the first visit may take longer as we perform an initial deep clean and assess your specific needs.

Q. How much cleaning can you do during a visit?

Our service is time-based, so the amount of work completed will depend on your requests and the time available. We will prioritize tasks based on your preferences. Please note that we cannot guarantee that all areas will be completed during a single visit.

Q. Can I customize the service?

Absolutely! We are flexible. Whether you need the inside of the oven cleaned or want us to focus on the bathroom for the day, just let us know. We can also help with grocery shopping and other light household chores.
